Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist in the full cycle of talent acquisition, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, scheduling and coordinating further interviews, and helping with the onboarding process. The intern will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, support training initiatives, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies and practices Experience with Interviewing techniques and processes Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, required for interacting with candidates and team members Knowledge or experience in Training and onboarding processes Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills Enrollment or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
