Core Tech Stack Node.js, Express.js, Next.Js SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL MongoDB AWS or GCP Docker / Containerization CI/CD pipelines REST / GraphQL APIs Redis / Caching systems Message queues / Event buses Authentication, security, encryption, rate limiting

hands-on backend development Experience building

production-level scalable systems Strong in

database design, indexing, transactions Familiar with

reward, fintech, marketplace or affiliate platforms Can design architecture

without supervision Ownership mindset, startup speed, founder mentality Comfortable making technical decisions & leading backend direction

Engagement & Equity Phase 1 – Core Team (Part-Time) Up to 2% Equity + Up to 2% Revenue Share Until ₹1Cr annual revenue or next funding round
