Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-focused Google Ads Executive with strong experience in Fintech lead-generation campaigns. The role demands hands-on expertise in driving high-quality leads, optimizing CPL/CPA, and scaling ROI-driven campaigns across Cards, Loans, and Insurance verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing & YouTube)

Perform advanced keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization

Monitor daily performance, budgets, and spend efficiency

Drive improvements in CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

Run A/B tests on ads, keywords, and landing pages

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights

Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams for creatives & landing pages

Implement and manage conversion tracking using GA4 & Google Tag Manager

Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

⏳ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management

Mandatory experience in Fintech campaigns – Cards, Loans, Insurance

Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding, keyword planning & Quality Score

Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking

Data-driven mindset with strong optimization & reporting skills

Google Ads Certification – added advantage
