Job Summary
Ultrafresh Modular Solutions is looking for a target-driven Sales Executive to join our Online Sales Desk (OSD) team. This role is 100% sales-focused, designed for professionals who enjoy closing deals, handling high-intent leads, and converting enquiries into revenue.
As part of the sales team, you will manage inbound and outbound leads, consult customers digitally, and drive closures through strong sales conversations, follow-ups, and relationship building. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in inside sales, tele-sales, online sales, or customer acquisition, especially in interiors, modular kitchens, real estate, or home improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation (Core Focus)
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to closure
Convert online, inbound, and warm leads into confirmed sales
Understand customer requirements and pitch customized modular kitchen solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion KPIs
Drive closures through structured follow-ups, objection handling, and negotiation
Customer Interaction & Sales Consulting
Engage customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and virtual meetings
Present product features, pricing, offers, and value propositions confidently
Act as a sales consultant, guiding customers toward the right buying decision
Conduct virtual consultations using Zoom / Google Meet when required
Order Management & Sales Coordination
Update all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales stages in CRM systems
Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales execution
Follow up on payments, documentation, and order progress post-closure
Ensure high standards of sales hygiene and pipeline discipline
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when required
Maintain a strong customer-first sales approach
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track daily sales activities, lead status, and closure ratios
Share insights on customer behavior, objections, and conversion gaps
Contribute ideas to improve sales scripts, conversion strategy, and customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Proven experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Online Sales / B2C Sales
Experience in modular kitchens, interiors, real estate, or home improvement preferred
Strong closing ability with a target-oriented sales mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead management systems, and virtual sales tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
