Role Overview
We’re building a design-first luxury jewellery brand and looking for someone to own and scale our digital revenue engine end-to-end, from Shopify optimization to performance marketing.
As E-commerce Growth Manager, you will lead the performance and optimization of our Shopify ecosystem and digital acquisition channels. This is a high-ownership role working directly with founders to scale revenue, improve conversion, and build a best-in-class luxury online experience.
You won’t just run campaigns, you’ll architect growth.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Website Optimization
- Own end-to-end Shopify storefront performance
- Optimize product journeys, merchandising, and conversion funnels
- Continuously improve UX, checkout experience, and site speed
- Analyze user behavior and implement CRO experiments
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta and growth channels
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin
- Execute creative and audience testing frameworks
- Work closely with creative teams to drive performance-led storytelling
Growth Strategy & Analytics
- Own revenue targets from digital channels
- Build dashboards and track KPIs across acquisition and retention
- Identify scalable growth opportunities across channels, markets, and cohorts
Leadership & Ownership
- Partner directly with founders on growth roadmap and experimentation strategy
- Build scalable systems and processes for future team expansion
- Eventually hire and manage junior team members as the growth function scales
Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in E-commerce + Performance Marketing roles
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience
- Proven track record scaling paid campaigns profitably
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of premium/luxury consumer behavior
Nice to Have
- Experience with luxury, fashion, or jewellery brands
- Experience with lifecycle marketing (email/SMS)
- Understanding of creative performance testing frameworks
