Role Purpose: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about the world of technology, understands emerging tech trends, and wants hands-on exposure to hiring top-tier engineering and product talent. As a Technology Hiring Intern, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage exceptional tech professionals across domains like software engineering, data science, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML and Other IT Infra

#Source and identify high-quality candidates through Job boards and other platforms like

Stack Overflow

, and other tech communities. #Screen resumes and evaluate technical profiles for skills, project depth, and cultural fit. #Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams. #Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). #Craft compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates. #Support recruitment analytics and reporting for ongoing hiring initiatives. #Stay updated on tech trends, emerging skills, and market hiring insights.

Whar matters in this role:

#Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (B.Tech/MBA HR) #Strong interest in technology hiring and understanding technical roles. #Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. #Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. #Familiarity with sourcing tools and social platforms is a plus.
