Site Engineer

Company Description Real Estate Developer of second homes.

Role Description This is a full time job. It requires you to be on site, in Karjat.

Key responsibilities are : Ensuring contractor and his team are following the technical drawings given by the architect and structural engineer. Troubleshooting where required, and ensuring queries are resolved with the respective teams. Monitoring of material and construction quality. Ensuring the contractor and team are following the schedule, and escalating where things are getting delayed.

Qualifications Experience in on-site construction management and the ability to oversee day-to-day activities effectively. Proficiency in structural engineering and knowledge of civil engineering practices. Strong quality control skills to ensure projects meet required standards and specifications. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a dynamic construction environment.
