General Manager - Fund Management (Real Estate)

Our client is a billion-dollar real estate investment firm with focused on Grade A/ Luxury developments across asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in institutional capital management, real estate, fund structuring and investment strategies with a proven ability to engage with global LPs and institutional investors.

Ideal Profile: Min 8

to

Max 20 years

of experience in

real estate

fund management . Strong expertise in institutional capital management,

fund structuring

and

real estate investment

strategies. Extensive experience

managing fund structures , JVs and club structures. Expertise in

commercial office investments . Proven ability to manage institutional

investor relationships. Prior experience in

consulting domain

is a big plus.
