We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As an in-house engineer, you will work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications and internal tools. Your role will span both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration, robust functionality, and a smooth user experience across platforms. Key Responsibilities -Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies -Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular -Design and implement scalable back-end services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies -Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services securely and efficiently -Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack -Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional components -Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code -Conduct code reviews and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives -Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack -Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices

Required Skills -3-5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role -Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) -Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar -Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL -Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) -Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful API principles -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Excellent communication and collaboration abilities -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills -Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or WebSockets -Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) -Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) -Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code -Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, authentication/authorization) -Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments -Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth What are we looking for? -Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative and developing development environment -Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and continuous improvement -Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
