US Accountant with strong expertise in Sage 300 (Accpac)

to manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US GAAP, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities using

Sage 300 (Accpac) Handle

General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements Ensure compliance with

US GAAP

and internal accounting policies Perform

month-end and year-end close

processes Support

budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist with

audit preparation

and respond to auditor queries Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Collaborate with US clients and internal teams during US business hours Identify process improvements and optimize Sage 300 workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of US accounting experience , preferably with US clients Strong hands-on experience with Sage 300 (Accpac)

– mandatory Sound knowledge of

US GAAP

and accounting best practices Experience with

month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Proficiency in

Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Excellent written and verbal

English communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Preferred Qualifications CPA / CPA-eligible or equivalent certification Experience working with

multiple entities or consolidations

in Sage 300 Exposure to

sales tax, payroll, or multi-currency accounting Prior experience with
