Position: WebLogic Administrator Location: Remote Contract- 6 months & ext

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle WebLogic Administrator

to manage and support WebLogic environments across development, testing, and production platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in WebLogic administration, system troubleshooting, and automation in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and administer

Oracle WebLogic Server

in Development, Test, and Production environments. Manage

WebLogic domains, clusters, managed servers, and application deployments (EAR/WAR/JAR) . Perform

patching, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning

of WebLogic environments. Configure and manage

JDBC, JMS, data sources, connection pools, and security realms . Troubleshoot

server, application, and environment-related issues

to ensure system stability. Monitor system performance and ensure

high availability and uptime

of applications. Automate deployments and administrative tasks using

WLST, Shell, or Python scripts . Support

Disaster Recovery (DR) activities , audits, and environment documentation. Collaborate with

Development, Database, and Infrastructure teams

to support application deployments and system improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience

in WebLogic Administration. Strong experience with

Oracle WebLogic Server (11g / 12c / 14c) . Experience working in

Linux/Unix environments . Knowledge of

Apache, Load Balancers, SSL, and networking concepts . Hands-on experience with

WLST scripting

for automation and administration. Familiarity with

CI/CD tools such as Jenkins . Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning skills. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
