Role Overview
We are looking for a VP – Marketing to architect and drive a strong institutional investment brand narrative. This is a leadership role that blends strategy, storytelling, brand architecture, and measurable investor acquisition.
The Vice President – Marketing will be responsible for building a high-recall, high-trust investment brand across both institutional and HNI/UHNI segments.
This role requires a strategic thinker and execution-driven leader who can:
Define and own the brand narrative
Build institutional credibility
Drive investor acquisition funnels
Manage communications and PR
Position the platform as a thought leader in public markets and venture investing
You will report directly to senior leadership and work cross-functionally with investment, IR, and portfolio teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop a cohesive brand architecture across listed equities and venture platforms
Craft and refine the firm’s core narrative, voice, and positioning
Ensure consistency across website, investor decks, reports, digital content, and events
2. Investor Acquisition & Growth Marketing
Design and execute systematic investor acquisition strategies (HNI, UHNI, Family Offices, Institutions)
Build scalable inbound funnels via digital, events, partnerships, and content
Support fundraising efforts for venture funds and capital raising for listed strategies
3. Content & Thought Leadership
Lead development of high-quality research-backed content, including:
Investor letters
Industry insights
Founder features
Video explainers
Position leadership as domain experts in deep tech, AI, and public markets
Drive distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, media, and partner channels
4. Public Relations & Media
Develop and manage media relationships
Drive strategic press coverage for fund raises, portfolio milestones, and market views
Craft press releases and coordinate announcements
5. Communication & Investor Engagement
Build structured communication cadence for investors
Manage newsletters, webinars, annual meets, and reporting formats
6. Team & Execution Leadership
Build and manage a high-performance marketing and communication team
Oversee agencies (PR, digital, design) where required
Ensure marketing initiatives tie directly to measurable business outcomes

Experience Required
7+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Educational Background
MBA (Marketing / Strategy / Finance)
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, communications, or related field
Experience Requirements
7+ years of experience in:
Financial services marketing or B2B investor marketing
Proven track record of building brand recall and scaling investor acquisition
Strong understanding of capital markets and startup ecosystem
Experience managing both strategy and execution
