Lead - Institutional Risk & Portfolio Management

Prepare / Review Credit Assessment Memos (CAMS) for proposed facilities with NBFCs or other institutions related to Strategic Alliances. Recommend limits, monitor covenants, and partner performance – financial, portfolio aligned with SK Finance’s risk appetite. Report covenant breaches and coordinate corrective actions with the Relationship Team. Track NBFC sector performance for relevant asset classes and identify potential mitigants to insulate the business. Possess good understanding of RBI guidelines to ensure business build up is in compliance to the regulatory expectations and be the first line of defence along with the Business team. Bring structure, execution rigour and scalability to partner led growth in order to create scalable and sustainable long-term partner / channel relationships.
