The Qualifications We Seek

Bachelor's degree in Business 5+

years of National or Global end-customer sales experience Experience selling through direct and indirect channels Successful experience presenting to groups and C-level contacts Experience in telecommunication/technology is preferred Enterprise Account Management with BPOs/Call Centers experience beneficial Sales Project Management experience is a plus International experience is an advantage Skills and Knowledge: Customer-centric focus with strong sales process and account management skills Proficient in

CRM and Microsoft Office applications to manage sales territories Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to capture, process, and analyze data to make informed decisions Ability to work in a global team sales environment High-performance sales professional with proven sales excellence Sound, independent decision-making and problem-solving ability Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term objectives Strong business and financial acumen Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work from home Effective time management skills Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically

Your Daily Tasks

Customer Sales Identify customer prospects within large, decentralized complex global accounts and organizations Follow up on identified prospects to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline development Utilize solution sales process and CRM to build and manage an appropriate customer opportunity pipeline to meet sales objectives Execute sales plans to capture customer category share and ensure long-term relationships delivering recurring revenue in all regions Develop and leverage reseller and strategic alliance partnerships to penetrate customer accounts, identify opportunities, generate run rate revenue, and manage sales projects through to close Provide customer feedback and market insight to the organization in support of new product development Manage individual OPEX within annual finance guidelines Account Management Develop and execute Global Account sales plans to capture market share, exceed regional and global revenue goals, gross margin targets, and other key metrics Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts for account mapping Coordinate involvement of company global personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations Lead the account planning process for assigned global customers to develop mutual business and performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones for one- and three-year periods Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and coordinate engagement of support staff as needed Engage and align with other regions globally for account-specific knowledge transfer and collaboration on account planning Manage customer proof-of-concept and product testing or qualification projects Help customers identify product use cases per employee profiles, delivering value-added customized product and service solutions Manage activities related to targeted account sales and marketing campaigns or programs Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key local players from the reseller partner community Input, manage, and analyze data from customer sales systems (CRM/Zyme) to create and implement financially sound sales strategies Initiate discussions with management regarding trends that may affect success and recommend solutions or appropriate courses of action
