Job Profile :

1. Handling Outbound / Inbound calls of customers

2. Responding to customers with the resolution

3. Follow up with concern department / branches

Preferrable Candidates:

1. Graduate (in any stream)

2. Freshers or up to 3 years of experience

3. Candidates with good communication skills
