Our work spans US healthcare operations and healthcare software platforms, helping clients turn raw data into actionable insights and scalable systems. You will work across two primary engagements: Building operational data pipelines, dashboards, and workflow automation for multi-site healthcare operations company Supporting analytics and reporting for a pathology Laboratory Information System (LIS) used by laboratories across the US We are a lean, high-ownership team, where you will work across the full data stack from day one.

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst / Data Engineer who is comfortable working across data pipelines, dashboards, database queries, and automation. The role combines data engineering, analytics, and reporting, supporting both operational data systems and software product analytics.

Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Pipelines Build ETL pipelines moving data from APIs and source systems into cloud warehouses Manage scheduled pipelines on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage) Ensure data quality and reliability across reporting systems Reporting & Analytics Build dashboards using Looker Studio or Power BI Define and track operational KPIs for healthcare operations and software platforms Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting LIS / LIMS Reporting Build and maintain SSRS reports for pathology laboratories using the client’s LIS platform Write SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting logic Understand the LIS database schema and troubleshoot reporting support tickets Applications & Automation Build internal tools using AppSheet and workflow automation tools Automate operational processes using GCP and integration tools

Requirements Must Have Python and SQL proficiency Experience with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) Dashboard development (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Nice to Have Experience with SSRS or SQL-based reporting Exposure to Google Cloud Platform Familiarity with healthcare data systems (EHR / LIS) Experience with no-code tools (AppSheet, Retool)
