We are seeking an

Assistant Manager – Electronics

who can take ownership of electronics modules, support product development, and grow into a leadership role within EON’s medical device R&D team. Key Responsibilities

Lead electronics design modules under the guidance of Manager/CTO. Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and embedded firmware. Support prototype development, validation, and pilot production. Coordinate with QA/RA for documentation and compliance activities. Troubleshoot field issues and support product improvements. Guide and mentor junior engineers. Liaise with PCB vendors, component suppliers, and manufacturers. Required Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / ECE / Instrumentation. 5–8 years of hands-on electronics development experience. Strong experience in embedded systems and PCB design. Exposure to medical devices or regulated electronics is a plus. Good documentation and cross-functional communication skills. Willing to relocate to Surat. What We Offer
