Chief Manager / Avp - Business Intelligence & Insights (Insurance / Finance / Banking)

We’re seeking a technical leader to lead BI & analytics function. The role involves driving data strategy, automation, and insights delivery across sales and operations, while partnering with CXOs and data engineering teams. Chief Manager / AVP – Business Intelligence & Insights Location:

Required Skills & Competencies - Master’s degree (M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA, or any quantitative field) preferred. Lead end-to-end reporting and dashboarding for sales channels and operational teams, including CXO-level performance dashboard - 10–15 years of experience leading business intelligence teams, preferably in

financial services/BFSI. - Proven experience working with senior leadership/CXO stakeholders. - Strong technical proficiency in BI tech stack:

PowerBI, SQL Server Reporting Services, SAP BO, and open-source BI tools. - Advanced skills in

Python

for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling. - Hands-on experience with data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Redshift). - Proven ability to collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize scalable data solutions. - Experience in standardizing, streamlining, and automating business reporting processes. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Techno-Functional Attributes - Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions, translating complex needs into scalable BI and analytics products. - Strong analytical mindset with a passion for driving efficiency, challenging the status quo, and leading change initiatives. - Domain understanding of the BFSI industry, sales channels, and ops functions.
