About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as we prepare for our SME IPO journey. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in IPO execution, listing compliance, SEBI and exchange regulations, and overall financial governance for listed entities.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies during the IPO process and post-listing phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial due diligence, valuation support, and audit coordination for IPO readiness.
Prepare and review financial statements as per Ind AS and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for IPO and annual audits.
Assist in drafting and reviewing financial sections of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).
Manage IPO-related financial disclosures, capital structuring, and financial modeling.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, ROC, and Stock Exchange regulations pre- and post-listing.
Support management in roadshows, investor presentations, and financial reporting.
Oversee internal financial controls and strengthen corporate governance frameworks.
Handle IPO financial documentation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance matters.
Liaise with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, ROC, Merchant Bankers, and Legal Advisors.
Assist in preparation and filing of DRHP, Prospectus, and post-issue compliances from a financial perspective.
Advise management on financial governance, disclosure norms, ESOP structuring, and insider trading compliance (financial aspects).
Support the Board and management in ensuring transparent and compliant financial operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
5–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed company or IPO-bound organization.
Strong understanding of IPO processes, SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, and SME Exchange requirements.
Experience in liaising with merchant bankers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, and capital markets compliance.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
