Key Responsibilities Own and nurture client relationships as a trusted brand partner Interpret business challenges and translate them into clear, inspiring creative briefs Decode briefs by identifying core business intent, audience context, and hidden assumptions Align internal teams before execution begins to avoid rework and dilution Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, content, and on-ground platforms Identify organic growth opportunities across brands and categories Present ideas, rationale, and outcomes with confidence and clarity Maintain control over timelines, budgets, and delivery quality Competency Expectations Strong interpretative and analytical thinking Ability to lead discussions, not just manage tasks Comfort with ambiguity and evolving briefs Business orientation with creative sensitivity Ownership mindset with high accountability Experience & Background 3–4 years in an integrated advertising or digital agency Proven experience managing brands and multi-platform campaigns Ability to balance speed with clarity and depth of thinking
