About the Role Manager – FP&A will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation of the Vena FP&A planning and analysis tool across the finance function . This role will work closely with senior finance stakeholders, FP&A teams, and operational users to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and adoption

of Vena across multiple business platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a

Key Responsibilities Lead and support implementation and configuration of Vena across multiple platforms Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to design planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Manage data integration, financial model builds, testing cycles, and go-live execution Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies, including senior leadership, on project timelines and updates Build ad-hoc financial reports and dashboards as required Drive best practices in FP&A processes and system optimization Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A or finance systems roles Proven hands-on experience delivering Vena implementations Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Experience working in large, multi-entity environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Technical Skills Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word Outlook and SharePoint Experience with NetSuite is preferred Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Preferred Background Experience in BPO, shared services, or outsourced finance environments Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with U.S.-based stakeholders Agile, adaptable, and ownership-driven approach If you have hands-on Vena implementation experience and are looking to work in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment, we would love to connect.
