Looking for Power Platform Engineer with AI Experience- Offshore

Position : AI Lab Admin (power platform) Location: Remote overlap with EST Duration:6+Months

Role Summary The AI Lab Administrator serves as the primary concierge and operational owner for AI Labs. This role enables users to successfully and safely use the AI Lab environment by guiding requests end-to-end, promoting best practices, providing basic AI and platform support, and ensuring activity remains within approved scope. The administrator acts as the first point of contact for AI Lab users and as a coordination hub between implementers, governance, security, and platform teams.

Prime Responsibilities AI Lab Concierge & User Enablement Act as the

single front door

for all AI Lab requests, inquiries, and onboarding needs. Guide users through AI Lab usage, processes, and approved patterns. Train users directly where appropriate or

point them to the right training, documentation, or self-service resources

needed to use AI Labs effectively. Support both technical and non-technical personas with a low-friction, service-oriented approach. Best Practices Advocacy & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as an

advocate for AI Lab best practices , guardrails, and intended usage. Identify when requests or activities require deeper review and

facilitate or escalate

to the appropriate stakeholders (platform implementers, governance, security, networking, or identity teams). Help users understand security, governance, and operational expectations without slowing down experimentation unnecessarily. Basic AI & Platform Support Possess

foundational knowledge of AI concepts and tooling

to assist with common, repeatable user questions. Provide basic assistance for standard AI Lab setup and access tasks, such as: Creating or guiding setup of Power Platform environments Requesting or validating AD group membership for access Understanding approved AI services and tooling available in the lab Triage more complex AI or architecture questions to specialized teams as needed. Networking & Private Endpoint Support Maintain

basic networking knowledge

to support AI Lab scenarios involving private endpoints and restricted access patterns. Assist users in understanding private endpoint requirements, dependencies, and common setup considerations. Coordinate with networking teams for implementation or troubleshooting when required. Monitoring, Oversight & Reporting Monitor AI Lab environments for

anomalies, misuse, or activities outside agreed scope . Identify and report deviations, risks, or non-compliant usage to program leadership and governance teams. Support auditability by ensuring activities and exceptions are visible, documented, and traceable.

Required Qualifications Experience supporting cloud-based environments (Azure preferred). Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI platform usage. Working knowledge of identity and access management (e.g., AD groups, role-based access). Basic networking knowledge, including private endpoints and restricted access patterns. Experience acting as a front-line support or concierge role for technical platforms. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure AI services, or similar tools.
