Role Objective:
They are looking for a
Research & Systems Lead
to bring depth, structure, and intellectual rigor to the ideas explored across conversations, essays, and thematic projects. This role exists to
move beyond surface-level commentary
and develop a clear understanding of the
systems, incentives, and forces shaping important topics
— from business and technology to geopolitics, economics, and culture.
The person in this role will help transform complex subjects into
structured insight, compelling questions, and meaningful long-form exploration
that informs conversations and projects lead a celebrity Indian Billionaire.
This is not a daily news role. It is closer to
research, synthesis, and idea-building .
What You Will Do
Pre-Conversation Research:
Prepare
deep research briefs
ahead of podcast interviews, conversations, and content series.
Map the
key ideas, debates, and tensions
within a topic.
Identify
unconventional or overlooked angles
that can lead to better discussions.
Systems Mapping:
Break down complex subjects into
systems, incentives, and actors .
Map:
key stakeholders
power structures
economic incentives
unintended consequences
contradictions within the system
Help identify where narratives differ from reality.
Thematic Research & Investigations:
Lead
deep dives into emerging themes
across business, economics, technology, and society.
Support the creation of
multi-episode or multi-format explorations
around major topics.
Build structured research that can feed into conversations, essays, or long-form projects.
Insight Synthesis:
Translate complex research into
clear frameworks and insights .
Distill large volumes of information into
concise, actionable understanding .
Surface patterns, second-order effects, and long-term implications.
Thought Development:
Help shape
discussion frameworks and intellectual scaffolding
for conversations and essays.
Identify
interesting people, ideas, and schools of thought
relevant to ongoing themes.
Contribute to developing
the brand's voice as a platform for thoughtful, systems-level exploration .
