Senior Visual Designer — Brand, Decks & Marketing Design Lead Location: In-office / Hybrid Experience: 8–10+ years Pixis is a MarTech AI company transforming how brands plan, optimize, and scale marketing performance through AI-powered automation. We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to shape the visual identity of Pixis across decks, campaigns, and experiences that define the future of AI marketing.

What You’ll Do: ● Lead and evolve the

Pixis brand identity system

across all design touchpoints — from digital to print to product. ● Create visually stunning

investor, sales, and ABM decks

that translate complex AI narratives into clear, persuasive visual storytelling. ● Design

account-based marketing collaterals , case studies, and motion visuals aligned with enterprise storytelling. ● Partner with marketing and product teams to enhance

website UX/UI , ensuring design consistency and intuitive flow. ● Establish scalable

design systems in Figma

for brand, marketing, and product teams. ● Collaborate closely with leadership to elevate the creative tone and maintain a consistent, high-standard brand voice.

What You’ll Bring: ● 8–10+ years of experience in

brand, marketing, or product design , ideally within

MarTech, SaaS, or AI companies . ● Advanced expertise in

Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop , and familiarity with motion/animation tools is a plus. ● Strong portfolio demonstrating

deck design, ABM creative strategy, and UI/UX sensibility . ● Deep understanding of

branding, typography, and layout systems

for enterprise storytelling. ● Ability to manage multiple design tracks simultaneously and lead with creative ability.
