Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mid-level & Senior Sales Recruiter specializing in US IT Staffing. The recruiter will manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT sales roles. Responsibilities also include collaborating with account management teams, ensuring effective communication, building relationships with stakeholders, and strategically contributing to sales recruitment efforts for organizational growth.

Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting Experience in Hiring processes and Account Management Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Prior experience in US IT Staffing is highly desirable
