Description Our boutique design hotel located in the serene coastal town of Gokarna, India. is recruiting for a full-time, on-site role based in Gokarna for a Guest Services Associate - F&B. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, managing guest requests, handling food and beverage service tasks, restaurant

information, special experiences, F&B area cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience for all visitors. Collaboration and working as a team with team members and departments, to address guest needs and resolve any concerns promptly is a key aspect of this role. This position demands a proactive and guest-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications Expertise in Guest Services and a customer-focused approach to enhance guest experience Strong Communication skills and ability to engage professionally with guests and team members Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing guest needs Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is an advantage Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage tasks independently Familiarity with beverage operations is a plus Candidates should demonstrate adaptability to remote, off-grid locations and a passion for exceptional service delivery
