We are looking for a proactive and organized

HR Manager

to manage key HR functions and support the overall employee lifecycle. CTC:

₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA Location:

Primarily in-office (remote occasionally if permitted)

Role Description Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and headhunting. Lead

onboarding and induction

programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Oversee

payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance

(PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws). Handle

employee relations

, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace environment. Implement and monitor the

performance appraisal system (KPIs/KRAs)

and suggest training initiatives. Assist in

drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks

. Support

office administration and vendor coordination

when required.

Qualifications Experience:

3–5 years in HR or related roles. Education:

Graduate in any stream (MBA/PG in HR preferred). Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in

MS Office

, especially Excel. Strong

negotiation and people management

skills. Ability to

multitask

across recruitment and administrative responsibilities. High level of

emotional intelligence and confidentiality

when handling employee data.
