Role Overview:
As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brandโs presence across online and offline platforms. Reporting directly to the Brand Head, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new sales channels. This role combines operational expertise with creative problem-solving, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team to deliver on brand objectives.
Execution Excellence: Implement strategies and initiatives assigned by the Brand Head and senior management, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Sales Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with new online and offline points of sale, ensuring brand alignment and market expansion.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all brand touch-points adhere to Alive and Wellโs luxury standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (experience in the luxury/premium segment preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record in successfully managing online and offline sales channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
