We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who understands hiring beyond resumes and closures. This role is about owning the hiring lifecycleโpartnering with stakeholders, building pipelines, and delivering consistent outcomes across multiple roles.
Youโll work closely with business teams to translate requirements into strong hires, while maintaining pace, quality, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own
end-to-end hiring
for assigned roles across functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role context, priorities, and timelines
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen profiles and conduct
initial assessments
for skill, fit, and intent
Manage interview coordination and ensure timely feedback cycles
Maintain accurate hiring data and pipelines in the
ATS
Drive candidate engagement through clear communication and follow-ups
Close roles while balancing
speed, quality, and experience
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
full-cycle recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
Ability to hire across
multiple roles simultaneously
Clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience working with
ATS and recruitment tools
Understanding of hiring metrics, timelines, and delivery expectations
