Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager for the TCS account
in US IT Staffing who will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling TCS requirements, and coordinating with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the
TCS account
for US IT Staffing requirements.
Act as the
primary point of contact
between the client and internal recruitment team.
Understand
client hiring needs, priorities, and job requirements
in detail.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure
timely submission of quality candidates .
Track
submissions, interviews, placements, and feedback
from the client.
Maintain strong relationships with
TCS hiring managers and vendor management teams .
Ensure
high submission-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios .
Prepare and share
daily/weekly reports
on requirements and closures.
Ensure compliance with
client processes and documentation .
Required Skills:
Strong experience working with
TCS accounts in US Staffing .
Excellent
client management and communication skills .
Good understanding of
US IT technologies and roles .
Experience working with
ATS, job portals, and vendor management systems .
Ability to manage
multiple requirements and deadlines .
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with
direct clients or implementation partners .
Strong
team coordination and leadership skills .
