for D2C brands in India. This is a high-impact role requiring an "agency-bred" professional who can balance multiple high-growth accounts while maintaining a razor-sharp focus on

. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for D2C brands. Aggressive Scaling:

Identify winning pockets and scale accounts from โ‚น5L to โ‚น50L+ in monthly revenue while keeping CAC within targets. Creative Strategy:

Collaborate with the design team to develop high-converting "hooks" and ad formats (Reels, UGC, Static). You must be able to write compelling ad copy that resonates with Indian consumers. Technical Excellence:

Expert-level management of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Catalog Sales (DPA). Data Analysis:

Use GA4, TripleWhale, or Northbeam (if applicable) to track the

Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER)

and blended ROAS. A/B Testing:

Constantly test landing pages, offer structures, and creative angles to beat "creative fatigue." What We Are Looking For The "Agency" Edge:

You must have worked in a fast-paced agency environment. You know how to manage client expectations and juggle multiple niche-specific strategies. D2C Specialist:

Deep understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape, including seasonality (festive sales), Tier 2/3 audience behavior, and the impact of COD/RTO on performance. Mathematical Mindset:

You don't just report "Clicks"; you understand the relationship between AOV (Average Order Value), LTV (Lifetime Value), and scaling. Tool Kit:

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables are your best friend), and Google Analytics.

Success Metrics (KPIs)
