Physical Therapists (PT), PT Assistants (PTA), and allied health professionals Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials for healthcare candidates Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records Required Qualifications Experience recruiting

Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionals Strong understanding of

healthcare staffing requirements and licensing Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience in
