Job Summary
Responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday HCM modules while acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role includes requirement analysis, configuration, integrations support, reporting, and post-production support with a focus on system performance and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Business Process Framework, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Design, configure, and test business processes, security roles, and data validations.
Support integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio – functional coordination).
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Perform system testing (unit, regression, UAT) and support releases.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support data loads, audits, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration workbooks.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration.
Good understanding of HR business processes.
Knowledge of Workday security framework and BPF.
Experience with reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
Basic understanding of integrations and data flows.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday HCM certification(s).
Experience with Workday releases and feature adoption.
Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, or Talent modules.
