We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how brands show up onlineโand how consistency, timing, and context shape engagement. This role goes beyond posting content; itโs about building presence, relevance, and conversation across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage day-to-day social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
Plan, create, and publish content aligned with brand voice and business goals
Drive audience engagement through comments, messages, polls, and conversations
Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content relevant
Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams for campaigns and launches
Track performance metrics and prepare regular engagement and growth reports
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement dynamics
Excellent written communication skills with a clear sense of tone and positioning
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Ability to balance creativity with structure and deadlines
Good to Have
Experience in B2B, recruitment, startup, or professional services branding
Basic understanding of paid social campaigns and boosts
Ability to interpret data and adjust content strategy accordingly
