Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager HR Operations (Hire-to-Retire)

Location: Pune

Shift: Rotational

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities will include:

Act as the primary point of contact for HR Operations across regions (UK, EMEA, APAC) for all Hire-to-Retire activities and initiatives.

Oversee and supervise the team's activities by setting goals, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring timely reporting and analysis.

Lead and manage an HR Operations team, ensuring adherence to SLA and compliance requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely execution of processes across the employee lifecycle:

Hire: Onboarding, documentation, background checks, and system setup.

Manage: Employee data management, job changes, promotions, transfers, and compliance updates.

Develop: Support learning and development administration, performance cycle coordination.

Exit: Offboarding, final settlements, exit interviews, and compliance reporting.

Review and approve critical transactions and data updates before sign-off.

Act as an escalation point for complex HR queries and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders: HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams.

Ensure adherence to GDPR and other data privacy regulations for handling sensitive employee information.

Support audits (SOX, internal/external) and maintain robust controls across HR processes.

Drive continuous process improvements, leveraging automation, robotics, and digital tools.

Mentor, coach, and develop team members through training, goal setting, and career development initiatives.

Communicate complex HR policies and processes clearly to non-HR stakeholders.

Liaise with clients and manage expectations effectively during transitions and transformations.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications/Skills:

Relevant years experience in end-to-end HR Operations (Hire-to-Retire) is essential.

Degree level or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM are highly desirable.

Experience with HCM will be preferred

International experience across multiple geographies is preferable.

Previous experience in leading and managing teams.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies
