Job location: Mohan Estate near Sarita Vihar Metro station

Note: Saturday and Sunday will be working with one rotational off per week

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Inside Sales Manager. The Senior Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing inside sales teams, driving lead generation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing account management strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role involves implementing sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with various teams to enhance revenue growth.

Qualifications 4-9 years of experience in Inside Sales Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Ability to meet and exceed Sales goals with proven experience in sales strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Demonstrated success in managing and growing sales teams Experience working within high-growth, fast-paced environments is an advantage
