Project Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator focused on Business transformation to join a large financial services firm for a

6 month ongoing contract located in Hyderabad and Bangalore, 5 days a week.

The chosen candidate will be specifically working on business transformation and optimization initiatives across the enterprise technology office specifically across their engineering support teams. As such, this role requires a unique blend of analytical process, technical understanding, and project management capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for engineering projects, translating them into actionable technical specifications and then overseeing the successful planning, execution and delivery of these programs from inception to completion. This role is critical in ensuring that the organizations engineering solutions align with strategic business objectives and are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Must haves: Experience in business analysis, or program/project management, preferably within a technology-driven or engineering-focused environment Bachelors degree in social sciences, business administration, engineering or a related field Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, ability to understand end-to-end processes from an aerial view Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical concept, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components Familiarity with project management tools such as

SharePoint , Jira,

confluence , MS project or loop Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business information clearly and concisely Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment A proactive, results orientated mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement

Plusses: Masters degree or relevant certifications e.g. PMP, CSM, CBAP are a plus Experience with various software development lifecycles including agile methodologies SME with automation AI software’s and practical implementation within the workplace Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects or programs Experience with ServiceNow
