Responsibilities
Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging Business development opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companyโs share at key accounts.
Coordinating with Projects, Application and Support teams to discuss and solve customerโs challenges.
Multi-level engagements and building brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customers.
Conducting brand promotion activities/seminars/product training at the customers.
Involvement during major trials, troubleshoot activities
Negotiating with direct customers or channel partners for orders.
Coordinating with external and internal teams regarding issues like payments/order booking.
Customer Mapping, Profile card, implementing business contracts as per customerโs terms and conditions.
Qualifications
Graduate Engineer in Mechanical
8+ years of relevant experience
Strong negotiation skills
Interpersonal skills
