UI/UX Designer

Company Description Hapminds (Subsidiary of Hapdoc) is a B2B mental health platform dedicated to collaborating with colleges and universities to create effective mental health ecosystems for students. With a focus on addressing the growing challenges of academic stress and anxiety among students, Hapminds partners with educational institutions to build, scale, and manage counseling services. Our end-to-end digital infrastructure supports onboarding therapists, secure online and in-person counseling sessions, and other mental health services to prioritize student well-being. We strive to empower institutions to move beyond awareness campaigns and establish robust mental health systems that deliver real impact.

Role Description This is a full-time role for a UI/UX Designer located in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for Hapminds' digital platform. Daily responsibilities include designing mockups, wireframes, and prototypes; conducting user research to enhance user experience flows; collaborating with cross-functional teams; and ensuring accessibility and responsive design principles are met.

Note: We @ Hapminds believe this role to help shape the product. Initially, the role would comprise of UI work with Mockups, Prototyping etc. Then we expect it to evolve and shape the User Experience on platform.

Qualifications Proficiency in creating Mockups, Prototyping, and Wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas Strong Visual Design and User Experience Design (UED) skills for building user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces Ability to conduct user research and usability testing Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with Front-End Development, including basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field Experience designing for SaaS or mental health platforms is an added advantage
