Brief about the role:
The
Project Sales & Specifications
role is a hybrid responsibility combining
project sales execution
and
product specification influence
across the assigned Area. The incumbent will work closely with architects, consultants, developers, government bodies, contractors, and channel partners to ensure
product specification, conversion, and revenue realization
for Ozone’s solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive project sales across the assigned state by converting specified projects into actual orders.
Develop and execute state-level sales and business plans aligned with organizational targets.
Identify, track, and manage large projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, and government segments.
Coordinate with internal sales, channel partners, and distributors to ensure timely closures and execution.
Maintain and expand existing business while developing new project opportunities.
Specifications & Influencer Engagement
Ensure specification of Ozone products with architects, consultants, interior designers, engineers, and design firms.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions (online & in-person).
Provide technical inputs, drawings, BOQs, and solutioning support during the design stage.
Work closely with design and technical teams to translate specifications into executable sales.
Project & Site Management
Visit project sites to understand requirements, address technical challenges, and propose value-added solutions.
Support contractors and execution teams during installation and handover stages.
Track project progress from design to execution to billing.
Market Development & Key Account Management
Develop and manage key accounts across architects, developers, corporates, hospitality, and government bodies.
Build strong networks with influencers and decision-makers within the state.
Monitor competition, market trends, and pricing to strengthen market positioning.
Education & Skillsets Required:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
6–10 years of experience
in
Project Sales, Specifications, or Key Account Management
within building materials, architectural hardware, construction products, or allied industries.
