Shift: Rotational Shifts (Cab facility available for Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via International Chat and Voice Process - Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer support - Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards - Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and experience - Maintain quality benchmarks and adhere to company policies - Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless resolutions

Qualifications & Eligibility:

- Graduation completed (Candidates must not be pursuing any degree) - Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice or Chat Process (preferred) - Freshers are welcome to apply - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills - Immediate joiners preferred
