Senior UI/UX Designer

to enhance our CRM and ERP platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead UI/UX design for complex CRM and ERP systems using React.js. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs. Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across products. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback. Mentor junior designers and promote a collaborative design culture. Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility standards, and usability best practices. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging UX practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, especially with enterprise software (CRM/ERP). Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles. Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: UX research, user personas, and journey mapping. Accessibility standards (WCAG). Animation and interaction design. Leadership and mentoring experience.
