Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The specialist will also provide customer service and support, deliver effective training to team members, and monitor sales performance while achieving set targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets Experience in Training team members to improve performance and achieve collective goals Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is an advantage Relevant experience in sales and marketing or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
