Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

Freelance Infrastructure Engineer

with strong hands-on expertise in

VMware, Citrix administration, storage systems, and enterprise networking . The consultant will be responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments including

virtualization platforms, monitoring systems, storage environments (SAN/NAS), and Exchange servers . The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across multiple infrastructure components. Key Responsibilities Virtualization Administration Administer and manage

VMware environments (vSphere / ESXi / vCenter) Support

Citrix infrastructure

including virtual desktops and application delivery Perform performance monitoring and infrastructure optimization Storage Management Manage enterprise storage solutions including: SAN NAS Ensure storage availability, backup, and capacity planning Networking & Infrastructure Support enterprise networking components Troubleshoot

connectivity, routing, and infrastructure issues Work closely with infrastructure and cloud teams Monitoring & Maintenance Manage and operate

multiple infrastructure monitoring tools Monitor server health, alerts, and system performance Support

server patching and infrastructure upgrades Messaging & Server Administration Maintain and support

Microsoft Exchange servers Troubleshoot mail flow, server performance, and related issues Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve

infrastructure issues across servers, storage, and networks Adapt to the

existing infrastructure architecture within the organization Mandatory Skills VMware Administration (vSphere / ESXi / vCenter) Citrix Infrastructure Administration Storage Management (SAN / NAS) Enterprise Networking Server Patching & Maintenance Infrastructure Monitoring Tools Microsoft Exchange Server Administration Infrastructure Troubleshooting Virtualization Platforms Enterprise Server Management Ideal Candidate The ideal consultant should have strong hands-on experience managing
