We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for one our client (Precision Solar, www.precisionsolar.co.in) , for rooftop solar project sales across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial segments in Bangalore.
This is a target-driven field role focused on lead generation, client meetings, and closing solar
installation deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
• Meet residential homeowners, commercial establishments, and industrial clients
• Explain solar ROI, subsidy benefits, and long-term savings
• Analyze EB bills and suggest suitable system capacity
• Coordinate with technical team for site survey and installation
• Follow up and close deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Submit daily activity reports
Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (Solar/Real Estate/Electrical preferred)
• Good communication skills (Kannada & English preferred)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Comfortable with field work and target-based incentives
• Basic knowledge of electricity bills
Preferred Candidates:
• Experience in solar rooftop sales
• Experience in B2C and B2B sales
• Local Bangalore market knowledge
