Job Title: Head – New Business & Product Development Industry:

Geosynthetics / Non-woven Technical Textiles (Industrial & Automotive only —

Healthcare background excluded )

Role Summary Company is looking for a

mid-senior industry professional

to

create new business verticals

through

forward and/or backward integration . This is a

build-from-scratch role . You’ll work directly with the

Managing Director , with full support from

R&D and plant teams , and real ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Identify and build

new business verticals

aligned with geosynthetics or adjacent technical textiles Develop

new products

or

new applications

for existing products Drive ideas from concept → pilot → commercialization Work closely with R&D and manufacturing for scale-up Engage with customers, consultants, and market stakeholders

What We’re Looking For 10–15 years experience in

geosynthetics / non-woven technical textiles

or adjacent industries Strong understanding of

materials, applications, and commercialization Proven ability to

launch new products or businesses , not just manage existing ones Commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable with accountability
