Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant at Japneet S & Associates, based in Gurugram. The Article Assistant will assist in auditing and assurance procedures, including internal controls testing, risk management reviews, and financial documentation. The role will also involve supporting tax compliance, secretarial compliance, corporate filing processes, and facilitating business registrations or entity incorporations. Additionally, the candidate will engage in research, financial analysis, reporting tasks, and offer assistance in specialized regulatory advisory services to clients.

Qualifications

Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation laws. Proficiency in GST filings, income tax compliance, and other regulatory reporting requirements. Ability to perform audits and assist in audit documentation and reporting. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other office tools. Pursuing CA qualification and eligible to register as an Articled Assistant with ICAI. Prior internship or related experience in the field of accounting, auditing, or taxation is an advantage.
