Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a

Vendor Management & Procurement Executive

who will own end-to-end coordination with vendors to ensure

timely PO releases, on-time material availability, and smooth procurement operations

. Key Responsibilities Vendor Coordination & Management Act as the

primary point of contact

for all assigned vendors. Coordinate with vendors to ensure

Purchase Orders (POs) are released on time

. Follow up on

order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines

. Resolve vendor-related issues such as

delays, shortages, quality concerns, and discrepancies

. Maintain strong working relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and accountability. Procurement Operations Support

end-to-end procurement activities

from PO creation to GRN closure. Track open POs and ensure

materials are received as per committed timelines

. Coordinate internally with

warehouse, finance, and operations teams

for smooth procurement flow. Assist in vendor negotiations related to

lead times, MOQ, pricing, and delivery terms

. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate procurement records including

POs, invoices, delivery challans, and vendor master data

. Prepare regular reports on: PO status Vendor performance Lead time adherence Material availability Support audit and compliance requirements related to procurement. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in

vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations

. Prior exposure to

e-commerce platforms, electronics, or consumer durables

is strongly preferred. Good understanding of

procurement workflows, PO lifecycle, and inventory planning

. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Proficiency in

Excel / Google Sheets

(tracking, MIS, basic analysis). Experience with

ERP / inventory management systems

is a plus. Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
