We are a research-first laboratory building the precise tooling—analytics, content engines, and governance protocols—that allows high-growth, high-ambition companies to own their visibility and agentic actions on their websites and apps in the age of ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.

We are currently onboarding our first cohort of design partners (mid-market and enterprise leaders in legal, e-commerce, and SaaS). We are looking for a designer who understands the importance of a tasteful design and UX for agentic applications.

About the Role This is a high-impact role for an ambitious Product Designer with 2–8 years of experience who is obsessed with reducing friction and creating \"tasteful\" aesthetics, even with massive amounts of data to present. You will not just be \"making screens\"; you will be translating complex, novel workflows—like competitive AI visibility tracking and automated content compliance—into an interface that feels as intuitive as consumer software but as powerful as a developer tool.

Crucially, you will wear two hats: Designer and Researcher. You will work directly with the Founder (ex-Amazon/Snapdeal Product Leader) to visualize the customer journey. Still, you will also be able to engage directly with our Design Partners to validate those journeys. You will turn abstract \"User Stories\" about Agentic Control Towers and Insight Engines into tangible, delightful, and clickable realities.

Key Responsibilities Discovery & User Research: You will help conduct lightweight, high-impact research with our initial Design Partners. You won't just guess what a CMO needs in a dashboard; you will talk to them, understand their mental models regarding \"AI visibility,\" and use those insights to refine our features. System Architecture & Wireframing: You will take our \"Epics\" (such as the Identity Graph setup and Regional Visibility Scoring) and translate them into low-fidelity flows that solve for logic, hierarchy, and user intent before a single pixel is polished. UI & Visual Design: You will define the visual language of Jupit Labs. Per our brand ethos, this means avoiding \"AI glowing brain\" clichés in favor of a mature, infrastructure-grade aesthetic (think Stripe, Linear). The vibe must be \"We don't guess; we engineer.\" Complex Data Visualization: Our users need to understand \"Share of Voice\" across multiple AI engines and regions instantly. You will design dashboards that turn dense datasets into actionable, \"at-a-glance\" insights without overwhelming users. Prototyping & Iterative Testing: You will build clickable prototypes for our Design Partners (CMOs and Growth Leads). You will watch them interact with the \"Content Engine\" and \"Approval Workflows\" to identify friction points and iterate rapidly based on their behavior. Design System 0.1: You will establish the foundational component library (buttons, states, typography, grids) that allows engineering to build faster and ensures consistency as we scale from MVP to V1.

What We’re Looking For 0→1 Mindset. You are a builder at heart, eager to flex your skills as an entrepreneur and operator with a keen eye for design and UX. 2–5 years of experience in Product Design, ideally within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or complex productivity tools. A \"Hybrid\" Mindset: You are primarily a designer, but you are comfortable jumping on a Zoom call with a customer to ask \"Why?\" You know how to synthesize feedback into design improvements. A portfolio that demonstrates \"Systems Thinking.\" We want to see how you solved a complex workflow problem and how research/user feedback informed your solution. Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools. You should be fast and organized. Strong visual taste. You understand that \"enterprise\" doesn't have to mean \"boring,\" and \"AI\" doesn't have to mean \"sci-fi.\" You appreciate clean typography, precise spacing, and functional beauty. Ability to move fast. We are a startup. You need to be comfortable working with ambiguity, taking a PRFAQ or a rough sketch, and turning it into a polished design in days, not weeks.

Preferred Background Design degree from top-tier institutes (NID, NIT, NIFT, IIT-Design), or courses, or equivalent heavy-hitting portfolio with perspective. Experience in design-centric products or top-tier startups where you wore multiple hats. Familiarity with or interest in the generative AI landscape is a plus, but a passion for building tools for humans is mandatory.

Our ambition is to build a full suite of products for the AI economy. 0-1 Product Building: You will learn how to take a product from a \"PRFAQ\" document to a live, revenue-generating platform alongside a seasoned product leader.
