Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related field (advanced qualifications preferred). - 10+ years of experience in foam engineering, preferably within

seating or automotive industries . - Strong understanding of f oam chemistry, manufacturing processes, and performance testing . - Proficiency in

CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX, Teamcenter) and simulation tools . - Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills. - Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as AIS, FMVSS, ISO, ASTM, etc.
